Title:

DG BOSS: Plumber (FN)

·Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to support warm base operations and exercises.

• Performs maintenance and repair works under the direct supervision of a Journeyman Plumber or higher-level craftsman.
• Observe and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
• Performs other work-related duties and activities as directed.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have an excellent understanding of all safety directives and policies regarding the operation of equipment
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
• Knowledge of plumbing codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and written reference material
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
• Must speak, read, and understand the English Language.
• Must pass overseas medical screening and be in good health.
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with at least Restriction Code 2.
• Must have basic knowledge of Maximo and Tablet.

Preferred Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS OR TRAINING:

• Plumbing certification/s is required.

EDUCATION:

• Must have at least High School diploma, Vocational or Technical course Graduate is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of three years of experience in the operations, maintenance, and repair of plumbing.
