Partnerships Coordinator Job Summary

The Partnerships Coordinator manages the day-to-day execution of Circle Brands’ sponsorship, endorsee, athlete, and collaborator relationships. This role turns approved agreements into clear actions, coordinated product and content support, timely communication, and well-executed brand activations while partnering across Marketing, Events, Sales, Operations, Shipping, and Accounting.

Partnerships Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sponsorship and partnership lifecycle from approved opportunity through onboarding, activation, renewal, and offboarding.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and follow-through with sponsored organizations, athletes, endorsees, and collaborators.
  • Translate approved partnership commitments into clear deliverables, owners, deadlines, and follow-up.
  • Manage partnership requirements, including product, advertising, social content, e-blasts, commercials, PA announcements, logo placements, appearances, and event obligations.
  • Coordinate partner product orders, deliveries, returns, inventory, documentation, and payment coordination with Accounting.
  • Coordinate partner photoshoots and content deliverables, including scheduling, product needs, usage rights, asset collection, and follow-up.
  • Partner with the Events Manager on sponsor activations, talent appearances, event requirements, preparation, on-site support, teardown, and returns.
  • Maintain visibility to sponsorship investment, deliverables, performance, gaps, and renewal considerations.
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to strengthen standard work, visual management, problem-solving, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Partnerships Coordinator Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sports management, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Two or more years of experience in partnerships, marketing, events, sponsorships, account coordination, or a related role preferred
  • Experience coordinating product, content, photoshoots, partner deliverables, or event activations preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project-management tools
  • Western, rodeo, or equestrian industry experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Extended periods of sitting and computer use
  • Occasional work around horses for content, athlete, product, or event activities
  • Ability to assist with packing, setup, product movement, and event-support activities, including occasional bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to travel by vehicle and air and work extended or non-traditional hours during events or activations

Work Environment

Fast-paced, collaborative environment with frequent interaction with athletes, influencers, sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teammates. Evening and weekend work may occasionally be required based on campaign, content, and event schedules.
