Life Reinsurance Broking Advisor

Experienced consultant to support the Head of Life Reinsurance Broking in the development and execution of the Willis Re Life proposition and licensed broking capability.

Key support responsibilities:

• Structuring, negotiation and execution of life reinsurance transactions across a range of product lines and strategic objectives.
• Identifying, assessing and developing reinsurance solutions that address capital, risk management and growth objectives.
• Partner with WTW Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) teams to originate opportunities and convert advisory engagements into reinsurance transactions.
• Transaction delivery, from opportunity qualification through placement and implementation.
• Client and reinsurer onboarding activities
• Assessing reinsurance pricing and structure alternatives, providing strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted adviser to clients and colleagues, bringing strong technical, commercial and market expertise to complex reinsurance opportunities.
