Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your day revolves around answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency. You'll provide clear and accurate information, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure each caller receives top-tier service. Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking is highly preferred.

- You should have an associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
