Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business with a focus on small to mid-market accounts, particularly in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and support renewal and new business accounts.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for client inquiries.
• Quote and market accounts using online raters, underwriters, and general agents.
• Prepare coverage summaries, proposals, applications, ACORD forms, certificates, and other necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Maintain prompt and accurate communication to deliver five-star service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Commercial Lines (small to mid-market accounts preferred).
• Licensing: Valid California Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with BOP/GL, Workers Compensation, D&O, E&O, and related lines. Experience with Epic software is a plus.
• Soft Skills:

  • Personable, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a positive team culture.
