“I can succeed as a Senior Manager in Data Product Management at Capital Group.”
As Senior Manager, Global Client Profiles (Data Product Management), you’ll lead the data product management function for Capital Group’s single, trusted source of client and prospect data, the backbone of Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Servicing teams across the globe. You own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for client profile data products that master and connect Intermediaries, Institutions, Plan Sponsors, Investors and Plan Participants across North America, Canada, and, increasingly, Europe and Asia. You'll lead a team of Data Product Managers, Managers, and analysts, blending deep distribution-business acumen with strong analytical rigor and technical fluency in Master Data Management (MDM), data modeling, and digital identity enablement. You’ll partner across business owners, stewards, engineering, architecture, and governance to ensure client profile data products are trusted, comprehensive, accessible, compliant, and AI-ready — powering accurate coverage, sales crediting, personalization, and best-in-class client experiences. You are accountable for the collective business impact of the Global Client Profiles portfolio and for maturing the practice as it scales globally
“I am the person Capital’s looking for:”
You have experience in investment management distribution and bring deep knowledge of intermediary, institutional, and investor business models, enabling you to design client data products that support how firms acquire, service, grow, and retain client relationships globally.
You're an expert in Master Data Management (MDM) and data modeling, with experience creating a trusted, enterprise-wide view of clients, advisors, institutions, relationships, affiliations, and accounts through advanced matching, merging, and identity resolution capabilities.
You've built and managed strategic data products from vision through execution, defining roadmaps, prioritizing investments, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business outcomes while treating data as a product with clear ownership and value realization.
You have experience developing and managing logical data models for complex client ecosystems, including organizational hierarchies, householding, affiliations, territory structures, and relationship networks.
You understand how trusted client data serves as the foundation for digital identity, personalization, client engagement, access management, regulatory compliance, and enterprise-wide business operations.
You understand modern AI and data ecosystem requirements and have experience leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to improve data quality, uncover meaningful client relationships, generate business insights, and unlock new personalization opportunities.
You are highly analytical, proficient with data analysis tools, and experienced using metrics, governance frameworks, and data quality practices to make informed product decisions and continuously improve business outcomes.
You have partnered closely with engineering, architecture, data governance, operations, and business leaders to deliver scalable, resilient, and business-critical data platforms that support enterprise growth and operational excellence.
You have successfully led high-performing teams, including managers and senior analysts, while influencing large cross-functional organizations composed of business, technology, and operations stakeholders.
You are an exceptional communicator who can engage confidently with senior managers, directors, and executive leaders, translating complex data, technology, and operational concepts into clear business decisions, risk assessments, and measurable value creation.
You are recognized as a strategic leader who can navigate highly complex and interconnected business environments, represent your organization in industry discussions, and bring innovative ideas back to drive continuous improvement.
You have experience working in highly regulated, data-intensive organizations where the quality, reliability, and governance of client data are mission-critical to business operations and client outcomes.
