Job Description/Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping team member, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our facility. You'll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work areas, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces while keeping supplies stocked and ready for use. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys helping maintain a facility that employees and visitors can be proud of.
What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize designated areas throughout the facility, including production support areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, empty trash, and perform other routine cleaning duties to maintain facility standards.
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies and notify leadership when supplies or equipment need to be replenished.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and proper handling and storage practices for cleaning products and equipment.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, sanitation, or facility concerns while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Required
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, sanitation, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently while supporting a team.
Preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, food and beverage, hospitality, or other high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation procedures, chemical handling, PPE, and workplace safety practices.
- Experience working around production operations while maintaining awareness of moving equipment and other workplace hazards.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and safely handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, and climb stairs or ladders.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, wet or humid conditions, varying temperatures, cleaning chemicals, and moving equipment.
