As Investigations Matter Lead in PwC’s Office of General Counsel & Secretariat, you will bring your deep legal expertise and strategic counsel to navigating complex, sensitive matters and supporting senior leadership. You will work closely with senior leaders, boards and executives across the firm.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the management of sensitive matters, disputes, with a focus on whistleblowers, complex Partner and staff matters and employment-related disputes
- Provide strategic counsel to boards and senior executives.
- Navigate complex, high-stakes situations with discretion.
- Advise on reputational, legal, and regulatory risks
- Work with external counsel and specialists
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of corporate law, employment law, and regulatory frameworks
What we’re looking for:
Core skills
- 10-15+ years of experience working in law firms or in-house environments
- Experience managing whistleblower matters, sensitive issues, complex disputes, and internal matters
- Expert judgment and strategic counsel in navigating privilege, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
- Stakeholder relationship management, with the ability to build trust with boards, executives, regulators, and external advisors.
- Team leadership capability, with experience building and developing high-performing legal tM(
- eams.
Desirable skills
- Experience in a Corporate or Partnership setting
