We are seeking a talented and experienced non-contentious Solicitor to join our UK team and contribute to our continued success.
You will play a vital role in providing legal counsel and support to our clients in matters related to intellectual property rights. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals and have the opportunity to handle a variety of challenging IP cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on a wide range of IP/IT and commercial non-contentious matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft, review, and negotiate IP/IT and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with clients to develop IP protection strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant changes in IP laws and regulations.
- Ideally be able to advise on Data Protection matters.
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years of post-qualification experience in intellectual property law.
- Ability to draft complex IP/IT and commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property rights, within non-contentious contexts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
