Assists with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Covers fitness reception and ensures that all collaterals are available.
Ensures mutual cooperation, proactive communication and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.
Proactively promotes products, treatments, packages, membership offers and special current promotions.
What you will bring:
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organizational skills
An understanding of the Spa & Fitness environment.
Knowledge of Russian or French languages will be an advantage.
