Summary of This Role
Consults with internal/external customers to plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to provide an efficient workflow that adheres to internal and external SLA’s adherence. May aid in monitoring and reporting of performance and adherence to client SLA’s. Uses complex models to develop operational capacity and monitors workflow to achieve optimal scheduling of multiple jobs from clients across the entire production process. Forecasts work volume based on prior history and forecasting from clients. Assists in developing pro-forma statements based on existing trends and performance levels. May help develop software tracking databases as needed.
Shift: 1st - Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
What Part Will You Play?
Gathers and analyzes information from equipment vendors, card, print, or statement processes to model daily production and forecasts resourcing requirements (optimal machine/equipment utilization);
performs complex modeling to develop operational capacity.
Attends daily scheduling meetings for their area to determine machine workflow assignments.
Assigns and coordinates schedules by department and machine to minimize Service Level Agreement (SLA) conflicts and optimizes production of multiple jobs from clients across the entire production process.
Monitors internal computer system to determine if work is being processed and on pace to meet client SLA's.
Communicates situational awareness of all processing jobs status to leadership during the shift and expresses any potential timing concerns and recommend possible solutions.
Compiles, reviews and submits detailed production information to internal and external customers.
Collects and analyzes process for potential client cost savings and/or failure data to determine cause and effect and recommends possible solutions as required.
Utilizes information obtained from various systems to make recommendations regarding staffing, overtime schedules, Service Level Agreement proposals and overall production efficiencies.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or equivalent or a minimum of 6 years of training and related experience in lieu of degree
Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Exp
Experience in work sequencing
Preferred Qualifications
Typically Minimum 6 Years Relevant Exp
Prefer exposure to Lean/Six Sigma environment
Four years of experience maintaining fast-paced production machinery.
Experience troubleshooting production equipment that uses pneumatic, hydraulic or programmable control systems.
