Job Descriptions
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, inbound and outbound movements
- Handle warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices
- Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory reconciliation activities
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and overall warehouse organization
- Process orders, prepare shipments, and manage returns in a timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse administration or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory tracking systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Proficient in Mandarin for speaking and writing.
Location: Banting, Selangor (will station in Kapar, Selangor first)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM6,000
