Description
Global Recruitment Specialist — Poland (Remote, transitioning to Hybrid)
We're hiring a Global Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition for a fast-growing tech/internet business with exposure to the iGaming space. This role starts fully remote while the office location is finalized, moving to hybrid once confirmed.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition for local and cross-border business teams — profiling, screening, interview assessment, and salary negotiation
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Wanted, and other major recruitment channels
- Provide day-to-day HR support for the team, including employee communication, engagement, and culture building
- Research salary trends and competitor movements in the tech/internet industry to inform strategic hiring recommendations
- Liaise with third-party EOR providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new hires
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of local recruitment experience (agency/headhunting or mid-to-large tech/internet background preferred)
- A strong headhunter mindset, with proficiency in Boolean search
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the iGaming / Game industry
