Are you looking for a hands-on, diverse HR role that remains closely connected to business needs? As a Talent and Culture Advisor, you will work closely with Talent and Culture Business Partners and managers to implement HR programs, projects, and practices within your business sector.
Leveraging your ability to coordinate initiatives, analyze information, and provide meaningful insights, you will help transform Talent and Culture priorities into concrete actions for teams and managers. What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Talent and Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to Talent and Culture Business Partners and business leaders in the implementation of HR programs and projects, particularly related to succession planning, talent development, and retention.
- Working closely with the Talent and Culture Business Partner and the business line to operationalize HR initiatives and projects that support the evolution of both the business line and the organization.
- Participating in the management and delivery of HR projects, analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, and providing insights and recommendations to address HR issues and influence initiatives and strategies.
- Compiling employee experience metrics and dashboards for the business line and the Talent and Culture Vice-Presidency, supporting first- and second-level managers on various HR topics, and participating in business unit leadership committees.
- Contributing to the optimization of the Talent and Culture Business Partner management system, including processes, document management systems (DMS), documentation, visibility of initiatives, and insight consolidation, as well as the improvement of HR policies, standards, and practices.

- Has 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Has strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Has an advanced level of French and an intermediate level of English, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate daily, both verbally and in writing, with English-speaking partners.
