Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of data strategies that drive business insights and operational excellence. This role requires expertise in data quality management, advanced analytics, and visualization techniques to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. What you'll do...

• Identify and evaluate data sources to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and automation techniques.
• Develop and implement data visualization strategies to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Lead data quality management initiatives, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives and drive actionable insights.
• Mentor team members on analytics methodologies, data storytelling, and best practices.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities.

What you'll bring: 

• Extensive experience in data strategy, analytics, and business intelligence tools to drive actionable insights.
• Proven expertise in data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, and distributed data storage systems.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytical and visualization techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring teams, managing projects, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries to communicate insights effectively.
• Solid understanding of business metrics, data governance, and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and security.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
