As a Remote Client Solutions Advisor, you will communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, preferences, schedules, budgets, and expectations. You will use available online resources and systems to research and compare options, organize information, provide recommendations, and assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process.
Responsibilities may include responding to new client inquiries, scheduling consultations, gathering client information, researching available options, comparing pricing and features, preparing personalized recommendations, assisting with reservations and arrangements, reviewing confirmation details for accuracy, maintaining organized client records, communicating updates, answering questions, and following up with clients when necessary.
Previous industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you become familiar with the systems, processes, and tools used in the role. Candidates should be comfortable learning new technology and willing to participate in continued training and development.
Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, basic computer and internet knowledge, reliable internet access, and effective organizational and time-management skills. You should also be comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, text, and virtual platforms.
