Description

• Align and document lead qualification criteria, handoff SLAs and a reporting framework with sales and marketing leadership before the wider team roll out.
• Coach and manage a team of 5–10 SDRs and BDRs day to day, including call and email QA, pipeline reviews, performance management and structured onboarding.
• Deliver weekly centralised reporting to EMEA sales leadership on lead quality, conversion, meetings booked and pipeline generated.
• Make sure every inbound lead is actioned and followed through to an outcome, and fix bottlenecks between marketing qualification, sales acceptance and AE follow-up.
• Run a regular feedback loop to marketing on lead quality, so campaign and targeting decisions are informed by what happens after handoff.
• Work with enterprise AEs on target account strategy for the enterprise outbound pod.
• Act as the primary point of contact with our Client Services team on team health, hiring needs, scaling and performance.
  
  

• At least 5 years in sales development or inside sales, with 2 or more years directly managing an SDR or BDR team.
• A track record of building or rebuilding a team, not only inheriting one. Ideally this includes a pilot, a new market or a turnaround.
• Strong CRM and reporting skills, with Salesforce preferred. Comfortable building dashboards and presenting data to senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing both inbound qualification and outbound prospecting motions.
• Commercial credibility with AEs and sales leaders, and the confidence to challenge on process and SLA adherence.
• A B2B SaaS or technology background, ideally selling into enterprise and mid-market.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience leading a multilingual or multi-market EMEA team.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft or Gong.
• Experience working through or alongside an outsourced or managed-service model.
