Job Summary:
Develops architectural models and detailed representations of building components, including interior finishes and metal stud framing, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. Translates architectural design information into accurate, coordinated digital models that support project planning and construction activities. Applies established detailing standards and workflows to ensure consistency, constructability, and alignment with project requirements. Supports quality assurance efforts by reviewing architectural elements and incorporating feedback across project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
Develops and updates architectural fabrication level models that include walls, ceilings, interior partitions, metal stud framing layouts, finish assemblies, and supporting details.
Applies detailing standards and modeling workflows to produce consistent, accurate, and constructible architectural content.
Coordinates with architects, engineers, and trade partners to resolve model discrepancies and clarify design intent.
Produces model-based views, details, and annotated sheets that support documentation and coordination activities.
Incorporates markups, design revisions, and field-driven updates into architectural models.
Maintains organized documentation and reference materials that support project coordination.
Supports continuous improvement by sharing observations on modeling efficiency and detailing methods.

Education Qualifications:
Associate degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
5+ years of experience in architectural modeling, fabrication level detailing, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:
None required.
