Description

Lead one of the most ambitious global transformation programmes in the VELUX Group and help shape the future of customer engagement across our business. With your strong programme leadership experience and ability to bridge business and technology, you will play a key role in delivering a global CRM platform that enables better customer experiences, stronger commercial performance, and lasting business value.

Meet your future team

You will join our global Sales Enablement & Strategic Pricing organisation and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT & Digital Excellence. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with senior leaders, project teams, business stakeholders, and external partners across the VELUX Group.

You will report to the VP Sales Enablement & Strategic Pricing, with a dotted reporting line to the VP IT & Digital Excellence, Sales & Marketing.

As Global CRM Program Lead, you will be accountable for driving our global CRM transformation programme from strategy through implementation and business adoption. You will act as the connecting link between commercial ambitions, technology delivery, and organisational change, ensuring alignment across markets while creating value for the business.

What we offer

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a strategically important global programme and influence how the VELUX Group engages with customers for years to come. You will be given significant responsibility, engage with senior stakeholders across the organisation, and lead a complex transformation that reaches across functions and geographies.

More specifically, your tasks will be to:

  • Define and drive the overall CRM programme strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery approach.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and value realisation across all markets.
  • Lead executive stakeholder management, steering committees, and programme decision-making.
  • Manage programme scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
  • Oversee implementation partners and ensure high-quality delivery of CRM solutions, integrations, and data migration activities.
  • Drive global rollout planning, market readiness, adoption, and change management activities.
  • Build strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT functions.

What you will bring

You are an experienced programme leader who thrives in complex, international environments and can successfully navigate the space between strategy and execution. You combine strong commercial understanding with technology insight and know how to bring people together around a common goal.

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have extensive experience leading large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation programmes in global organisations.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, markets, and external partners.
  • Understand commercial processes within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service and how technology can enable business value.
  • Bring strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing programme budgets and business cases.
  • Have experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
  • Excel at stakeholder management and are confident engaging with senior leaders and executives.
  • Bring programme or project management certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or SAFe, which will be considered an advantage.
  • Are a collaborative and resilient leader who creates alignment, drives decisions, and delivers results.
