OVERVIEW
JOB TITLE: Law School Admissions Assistant
LOCATION: Minneapolis
HOURS: 4-6 hours/weekly
JOB SUMMARY:
The Law School Admissions Office is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented undergraduate student to support our Admissions team with a variety of day-to-day tasks. Responsibilities will include preparing and assembling mailings, entering and updating information in university systems, preparing and organizing documents, assisting with electronic filing and archiving, and helping with other Admissions Office projects as needed.
This is a great opportunity for a student who is organized, comfortable working with technology, and interested in gaining experience in a professional, collaborative, and welcoming office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Should be comfortable with Microsoft Windows Operating systems and working with general informational databases.
- Knowledge of Banner and/or Optix operating systems is a plus.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
