Your mission

• Take over, retain and further develop POLYTECH’s established client base of surgeons, clinics and hospitals throughout the Netherlands. 
• Build trusted, long-term partnerships with plastic surgeons, breast surgeons, clinics, hospitals, purchasing stakeholders and other relevant decision-makers. 
• Develop and implement a strategic territory plan, identify new business opportunities and systematically increase POLYTECH’s market presence in the Netherlands. 
• Provide approved product support and contribute to product launches, workshops, congresses, educational activities and client-oriented events. 
• Take ownership of your client portfolio, sales pipeline and forecasts while collaborating with POLYTECH’s international commercial and support teams. 

Your profile

• You have a degree or comparable qualification in business administration, life sciences, healthcare or a related field. Equivalent relevant commercial experience will also be considered.
• You have several years of successful sales experience in medical devices, surgical products, healthcare or premium aesthetic products. 
• You have strong experience in account management and new-business development; an established network in plastic surgery, breast surgery, aesthetic medicine or the Dutch hospital and clinic sector is an advantage. 
• You communicate credibly with highly specialized clinical clientsand build sustainable relationships through professionalism, reliability and strong interpersonal skills. 
• You demonstrate initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, data-driven approach. 
• You are able to travel regularly throughout the Netherlands and internationally when required, and have fully professional Dutch and strong working English.
