The Senior Technician– Production Operations is responsible for the handling of unit operations and perform Treatment, Formulation, Label Printing, Dispensing & Labeling and Packaging for the Manufacturing Department. The role ensures compliance with company standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and applicable regulatory and quality requirements. The incumbent is responsible for achieving daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

The position requires adherence to the company's Quality Management System and compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, EN ISO 13485:2016, MDSAP, and Beckman Coulter Corporate Quality System requirements.

This position reports to the Lead - Reagent Formulation & Liquid Fill/Pack- Production Operations and is part of the manufacturing function, Production Operations located in Mahadevakodigehalli, Hobli, North Bangalore, India - 562149 and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Responsible for the handling of unit operations and perform Treatment, Formulation, Label Printing, Dispensing & Labeling and Packaging for the Manufacturing Department.

• Actively participate in Tier-1 and Teir-2 Daily Management (DM) meetings, providing updates on operational challenges, risks, and countermeasures to support cell, site, and customer OTD objectives.

• Responsible for meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First Pass Yield (FPY) and meeting the plan vs actual in manufacturing.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Educational Qualification:

12th grade plus any Diploma or B.Sc. (3-year course) with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or a Postgraduate degree/M.Sc. with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Technical Knowledge:

 Candidate should have a life science background or relevant Qualifications. Basic knowledge of Flow business will be added to perform critical process in manufacturing.
