角色描述：

• Joining the Programme and Project Services (P&PS) team as a Graduate Project Manager in China will enable you to gain the depth and breadth of experience required for you to achieve your Professionalism.

• Support will be provided by your Line Manager and Mentor along with our Young Talent Development Programme.

• To deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

• To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments.

• To be able to take a simple brief from a more senior member of staff and act upon it.

• Demonstrate effective communication ensuring all information is available for the successful completion of projects.

• To ensure that senior management have quality information on the progress of each project on a regular basis.

• Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership.

资格和经验：

• Recognized Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.

拥有项目管理、建筑、室内设计、工程、电气、土木、施工管理、工料测量或其他相关学历。

• Ideally a recognized degree which is eligible for RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent

拥有皇家特许测量师学会资格者优先。

• Knowledge of fundamental Project Management systems and procedures in the construction industry would be desirable.

了解建筑业的基本项目管理系统和程序者优先。

• Good written and oral communication skills.

良好的书面和口头交流能力。

• Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

流利的中英文读写能力。

• Proficient in PC application.

• Highly organised with a flexible attitude and the ability to manage priorities.
