Your Role

• Lead and develop a team of SAP consultants delivering innovative cloud transformation projects
• Build team capability across SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP, BTP, AI, and Clean Core approaches
• Support consultants in their technical growth, certifications, and career development
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
• Support project delivery, quality management, resource planning, and customer satisfaction
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution design
• Drive adoption of new SAP technologies, including SAP Joule, Business AI, automation, and cloud solutions
• Collaborate with architects, delivery leaders, and business stakeholders to continuously improve SAP services

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in SAP consulting with proven leadership or team management experience
• Strong SAP background in areas such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, or enterprise transformation
• Experience leading consultants, project teams, or SAP delivery organisations
• Understanding of modern SAP architectures, Clean Core principles, and cloud transformation
• Strong communication skills with customers, teams, and executive stakeholders
• Passion for developing people and driving innovation
• Fluent German (C1+) and English
