Summary:

The Cprime Solutions Architect - Atlassian works at the intersection of customers, sales, and delivery to shape high-quality Atlassian solutions and ensure they can be delivered successfully.

The role is responsible for understanding customer business and technical requirements, translating those requirements into solution architectures and implementation approaches, and producing credible solution estimates with clear assumptions, dependencies and scope boundaries.

The Solutions Architect plays a key role throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution workshops, demonstrations and proof of concepts, RFP responses, estimation and Statements of Work.

Success requires strong Atlassian technical knowledge alongside commercial judgement, client-facing credibility and a practical understanding of implementation risk.

How this role works with the Atlassian Growth team:

This role will operate as a close technical partner to the Atlassian Growth and Sales teams, supporting opportunities from early customer conversations through to a delivery-ready Statement of Work.

We are looking for someone who can combine deep Atlassian expertise with strong commercial judgement: helping customers clarify what they need, shaping credible solutions, identifying follow-on opportunities, estimating work responsibly and ensuring that what is sold can be delivered successfully.
