Customer Success Manager | Sydney | EROAD
ABOUT THE COMPANY
EROAD is a global fleet management technology company listed on both the NZX and ASX, providing telematics-based solutions that help fleet operators manage compliance, safety and assets. As the business continues to grow across New Zealand, Australia and North America, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sydney office and own a portfolio of customer relationships.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a customer-facing role where you'll be the trusted advisor behind every account's success.
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts and build relationships that last
- Drive retention and growth across your portfolio
- Act as the go-to subject matter expert on our products for your customers
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain and Finance to resolve issues and identify opportunities
- Report to the Customer Success Team Lead as part of a wider customer success function
WHAT YOU NEED
Here's what will set you up to succeed in this role.
- Around 3 years in a customer success, customer service or customer-facing account management role
- A background in the technology or SaaS industry
- Experience working within a delivery framework such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban or a similar structured methodology
- Familiarity with CRM tools
