Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

• Determines the purpose, standard, premise, level of value, approaches and methods used in a valuation engagement
• Completes business valuation write ups
• Participates in site visits and management interviews
• Identifies and proposes modifications and opportunities for efficiencies in the business valuation process
• Participates in professional and community organizations to develop network
• Leverages technical knowledge and experience to provide effective project management and practice development

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field required; MBA or Master’s in Valuations preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
• Previous experience with financial statement analysis required
• CPA, CFA or ASA designation preferred
• Outstanding client service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
• Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
