As a Program Director, you will be responsible for leading delivery teams to shape the strategic direction of the program while managing client relationships. You will serve as the primary decision maker for the program. A Program Director is a people manager, leader and mentor that effectively manages team members in support of delivery success. You will employ structured project management/process methodologies in order to meet contract, scope, schedule and budget requirements. You will successfully lead through direct reports, and effectively communicate and execute against program and company objectives. A Program Director must exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflict in order to meet revenue goals, while ensuring contractual compliance.

The Unified Case Management (UCM) system serves as a centralized application for Program Integrity Contractors, facilitating case tracking, audits, investigations, and workload management. UCM supports coordinated efforts to prevent fraud and ensure compliance through efficient lead management, investigative actions, and reporting. As part of CMS’s modernization initiative, we are transforming UCM into a modern, scalable architecture that enhances performance, security, and usability. This effort includes migrating to cloud-based solutions, improving system interoperability, and adopting cutting-edge technologies to streamline workflows and improve data-driven decision-making. Our goal is to ensure a more robust, efficient, and future-ready platform for program integrity operations.
