Description
The Wealth Client Advisory Productivity & Scorecard Senior Analyst is a mid-senior level position responsible for the implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase productivity, satisfaction and loyalty of the frontline and maximize opportunities for growth. Deals with most problems independently. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/job family.
Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.
Responsibilities:
• Manage RM & Specialist Scorecard Calibration & Payment and drive Productivity.
• Capacity tracking.
• RM & Specialist Activity Tracking.
• Driving Quarterly performance reporting.
• Front line deviation management.
• Manage Quarterly and Annual Incentive Payout/Bonus/Accruals/Budget.
• Team Control, MCA management and Records Management.
• Manage frontline Reward & Recognition events.
• Engage stakeholders to achieve Biz key drivers together as a Team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with data and related tools (Excel, Access, or other analytical tools).
• Ability to find meaningful insights from data/information. Comfortable in using AI for Dashboards and insights.
• Willing to work under environment where meeting timeline is extremely critical.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, and highly proficient with Excel (functions), Word, PowerPoint.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
