• Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Assistance & Coordination: Provide support with transport bookings, meeting room arrangements, and guest services.
• Facility Navigation: Guide employees and guests regarding office layout, amenities, and service points.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with travel, hospitality, and facility vendors for concierge-related services.
• Reporting & Feedback: Maintain visitor logs, prepare daily reports, and collect feedback for service improvement.

• Experience in hospitality, front office, or concierge services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with MS Office and visitor management systems.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-footfall environments.
