Job Summary
In the Worldwide Print Spend Team you will be responsible for analyzing Operating Expenses and Cost of Sales for the Print Group. Your focus will be on leading the forecasting process, end to end budgeting process, month end close activities, cost controls, and reporting. You will be responsible for leading and providing expertise, providing narratives and assistance to the stakeholders, managers and the print finance team. You will be collaborating with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and mentor lower-level employees.
Responsibilities
Owns and drives the monthly forecasting (Flash) and annual (Budget) processes end-to-end, proactively coordinating timelines, deadlines, meetings and stakeholder calendars to ensure smooth and timely execution. Analyzes trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain
Performs highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, proactively identifies issues and recommends solutions.
Executes month-end-close activities: bookings, re-classes. Prepares, executes and provides story behind the numbers and narratives
Collaborates with business leaders, holds business reviews to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a defined scope
Leads and advises on the most crucial business initiatives
Leads several analysts across geographies, provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.
Provides ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support Finance Managers and Directors, leveraging data from financial systems to deliver timely insights and support decision-making
Supports audits (internal, external, SOX)
Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business. Identifies opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) is an advantage

The base pay range for this role is 222,600 PLN to 337,500 PLN annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
