We're currently looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager on a full time, fixed term contract basis. This position sits within the Asia Pacific Brand & Marketing team. We are flexible on the location of this role.
The Marketing Campaign Manager’s role is to contribute to the delivery of SANO & Pakistan’s marketing plan by planning and executing marketing campaigns in a holistic and systematic way, using the appropriate media platform. The role will deliver the global contact strategy, working in close collaboration with the Marketing Programme Leads, selected agencies and regional marketing teams to deploy best-in-class campaigns.
The Person
Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing - Asia Pacific, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
- Owns and delivers SANO and Pakistan marketing plan, focusing on specified stakeholder groups, segments, geographies and/or platforms
- Ensures integrated digital marketing delivery by working closely with other members of the marketing delivery and planning teams
- Develops and applies expertise in relevant digital platforms and communication tools for example Adobe Campaign and Sprout Social.
- Proactively evolves and innovates ACCA’s marketing activities in line with latest trends in best practice and technology
- Supports the delivery of a good customer experience through communication ‘traffic control’ and by ensuring content is relevant to the target audience
- Executes campaigns within agreed timescales and budgets to deliver objectives for designated elements of the marketing delivery plan
- Applies a structured campaign management process and makes insight-based decisions to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Working with colleagues in other global teams as required, develops campaign resources such as sales toolkits, ensuring that global solutions are leveraged
- Robustly analyses and reports on marketing activity to drive organisational learning and consistently increase ROI through systematic optimisation
- Develops recommendations for future campaigns and investments based on performance analysis during campaign execution
The Person
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in multichannel marketing campaign delivery (print, social, web, email, advertising, SMS)
- Experience in direct marketing campaign and data management (segmentation, optimisation and analysis)
- Experience of B2C and/or B2B email marketing strategy and execution
- Demonstrable expertise in delivering effective campaigns across social media
- Deep understanding of e-CRM platforms, and how to track and optimise performance
- Experience in Google Analytics and/or other analytics tool
- AEM, Adobe and Hootsuite skills
- Relevant marketing qualification preferred
- Copywriting and editing skills across channels
- Knowledge of of finance, accountancy and professional education (desirable)
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a matrix environment.
