Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the documentation process for security controls, and facilitating the smooth transition of security operations to cloud-managed environments. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the security architecture supports business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance throughout the cloud infrastructure lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure security policies and procedures are effectively integrated.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of security architecture and governance.
- Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to existing frameworks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze risk and compliance requirements to develop effective security solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards relevant to cloud infrastructure.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Tools.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
