Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation and innovation to enhance system performance and functionality while aligning with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with integration of SAP Ariba modules with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP Ariba environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to enhance system efficiency.
- Understanding of cloud-based deployment and configuration related to SAP Ariba.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
