The role

This role offers hands-on experience in recipe compliance, product assessment, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key part in supporting innovation and operational efficiency across departments.

What you'll be responsible for

• Review recipes and ingredient lists to ensure alignment with MYSGBN regulatory standards
• Assist in documentation for product registration and market listing
• Support the development of packagings
• Ensure that harmonized artworks comply accurately and consistently with regulatory guidelines from multiple countries
• Participate in sensory and physical product evaluations
• Record and manage product information in internal databases
• Assist with administrative tasks to support marketing initiatives
• Help coordinate sample logistics and documentation for activities
• Contribute to business growth by supporting process improvements and new development projects
• Work closely with regional R&D and marketing team
• Assist in preparing product samples for internal testing and tasting
• Maintain lab cleanliness and follow safety protocols
• Work with R&D to develop new recipes

We're looking for someone who

• Is currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field
• Has Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Is comfortable working in both lab and office environments
• Has basic proficiency in Excel or data entry tools
• Has good communication and teamwork abilities
• Is able to think innovatively
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working
• Is amenable to work on a contract-based internship of at least 6 months
