Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of what activities are available in the area (theatre, sports, special events, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing)
• Establish close contacts with vendors in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.  
• Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their vacation is key to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
• Assist guests with recommending and booking activity in the area.
• Be knowledgeable about Jackson Hole, and the surrounding National Parks.
• Responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay as a first point of contact.
• Ensure billing accuracy.
• Provide information regarding hotel amenities, local dining, and area attractions.
• Answer multi-line phone calls and emails. Respond to any guest concerns and de-escalate stressful situations
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a hotel setting preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb 
• Ability to stand intermittently
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
