Description

The Part Works is a leading plumbing parts distributor serving the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team in Seattle. 

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with stable daytime hours and no weekend work.

What You'll Do 

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently 
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vendor shipments 
• Verify products and quantities against purchase orders and packing slips 
• Stock inventory and maintain organized warehouse locations 
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy 
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety standards 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 
• Deliver the high level of customer service that The Part Works is known for 
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality

Schedule

 Preferred Qualifications 

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or related experience (required) 
• English proficiency required 
• High School diploma or GED (required)? 
• Ability to lift and move product weighing +50lbs (required)? 
• Proficient computer skills (preferred)? 
• Experience with ERP software (preferred)? 
• Ability to work well in a team environment?
