Description
An international employer based in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Tech (Implementation) to join their Dutch-speaking team.
You'll be diagnosing issues and walking customers through solutions - patience and clear explanations matter more than jargon here.
What you'd be doing:
- Spot recurring issues and flag them upstream
- Walk customers through fixes step by step, without jargon
- Escalate anything beyond first-line scope to the right team
- Log resolutions clearly so the next person doesn't start from zero
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
- Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
- Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
- Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
