The NOC Technician is an established and productive contributor responsible for autonomously monitoring and maintaining network and infrastructure systems. The technician works with limited supervision and influences others through clear communication of policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Independently monitor and analyze network performance across diverse systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex incidents before escalation.
• Provide detailed technical documentation and recommended actions.
• Contribute to process improvements within the NOC environment.
• Support larger, moderately complex operational projects and service initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive service reliability.
• Explain policies and system behaviors to team members and customers.

Qualifications
• University degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Advanced understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to analyze issues across multiple systems or domains.
• Practical knowledge of enterprise systems, programs, and procedures.
• Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, or similar preferred.

 

Zakres wynagrodzenia dla tego stanowiska wynosi 7 000,0 PLN – 14 333,0 PLN. Podany zakres jest szacunkową wartością reprezentatywną obejmującą różne poziomy doświadczenia tym stanowisku.  Przy ustaleniu wysokości wynagrodzenia RTX bierze pod uwagę m. in. zakres roli, poziom odpowiedzialności, doświadczenie zawodowe kandydata, lokalizację, wykształcenie, ukończone szkolenia oraz kluczowe kompetencje kandydata.
