Overview
The Salvation Army’s Divisional Headquarters is hiring a Music Instructor and offers the following benefit package to part-time employees:

Location: Various locations throughout Massachusetts
Hours/week: Hours vary depending upon schedule of location, maximum 8 hours/week
Exemption: Non-exempt
Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
* While the full salary range is shown, we expect to hire around $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Serve as a music instructor for The Salvation Army Divisional Music Department in Massachusetts
Duties & Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma
Work Experience:
- Have experience leading and teaching a music discipline
- Have musical experience or expertise in one or more of the following music disciplines: brass, vocal, guitar, piano
Other Qualifications:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have personal transportation
- Must have the ability to work and relate well with people.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Must be available to work weeknights and weekends
