About the role

We’re looking for an Service Engineer to join our team at KONE.

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on escalators across your local area, helping to keep equipment safe, reliable and running smoothly for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing on lifts

  • Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults

  • Completing repairs and minor works

  • Ensuring equipment meets safety and quality standards

  • Providing a great service to our customers

  • Working independently while being supported by your wider KONE team

What we’re looking for

  • NVQ Level 3 in LIfts Engineering or equivalent

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Experience working within the lifts industry

  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • A strong focus on safety and customer service
