Are you an experienced banking and finance attorney looking for a commercial, high-impact leadership role?
Our client is seeking a pragmatic, and hands-on Head of Legal to lead their legal and governance function. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and serve as the principal legal advisor across the business, with a heavy emphasis on private debt structuring, transactional execution, and commercial negotiation.
Leading a lean, capable team, you will also oversee the corporate governance, company secretarial, and regulatory compliance functions. This role is ideal for a senior finance lawyer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to draft and negotiate complex credit facilities while steering the strategic legal architecture of an agile investment firm.
