Job Summary:
Learns and performs basic concrete tasks under close supervision. Assists with preparation, placement, and finishing activities while gaining hands-on experience in safe work practices and concrete construction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Assists in form setup, placement, and finishing of concrete under direct supervision.
Prepares and maintains clean, organized work areas and tools.
Supports crew in basic concrete finishing and curing operations.
Follows DPR Construction’s safety procedures and uses required protective equipment.
Participates in training and on-the-job learning to develop technical and safety skills.
Communicates effectively with crew members and responds to direction promptly.
Performs cleanup and assists with material handling as directed.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
0–2 years of experience in concrete construction or a related trade required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 10 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
