Job Responsibilities:

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung und Optimierung der operativen Prozesse im Bereich Logistik
Bestandsführung und Überwachung, Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Differenzen
Termingerechte Abwicklung von übergebenen Versandprozessen
Koordinierung der Ein- und Auslagerung nach FiFo
Versand- und Exportabwicklung
Organisation der Entsorgung von Reststoffen, Verpackungen etc.
Personalführung im eigenen Bereich
Durchführung und Überwachung von Layered Audits im eigenen Bereich

Ihr Profil:

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im logistischen Bereich in der Metall-, Automobilindustrie (oder Ähnliches)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, vorzugsweise in der Automobil-Zulieferindustrie
Eine fachliche Weiterqualifikation zum Meister oder Techniker sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Versandbearbeitung, Bestandsführung und Lagerwirtschaft
Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern im Mehrschichtbetrieb
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und persönliches Engagement
Qualitätsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, zielorientiertes Handeln und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Guter technischer Sachverstand und handwerkliches Geschick
