Tarantino Properties is currently seeking for Maintenance Groundskeepers / Porters to be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of our communities in San Antonio, TX.
Essential Functions:
- Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
- Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
- Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
- Maintain dumpster and trash areas
- Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
