Job Description

About the Role:

This role is responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material flow, maintain inventory accuracy, support operational compliance, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to meet business requirements.

This position requires hands-on warehouse operations experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Work Location: Onsite – Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure timely material flow.
• Verify and process inbound and outbound materials with accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage, inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material tracking activities.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate logistics activities with carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Support material staging and distribution to manufacturing and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company warehouse standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse activities and follow safety requirements.

Salary Ranges

NT$404,600.00 TWD to NT$547,400.00 TWD
