LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Options

• Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• PRN / On-Call: Choose shifts as they become available
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours ranging from part-time to full-time schedules

Compensation

• $25.00-$31.33 per hour, depending on experience
• Evening Differential: $3.25/hour
• Night Differential: $3.50/hour
• Holiday and on-call premium pay opportunities

What You'll Contribute

As an LPN, you'll play a key role in supporting residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by:

• Delivering skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes appropriately
• Assisting with assessments and care plan development
• Administering treatments and nursing interventions
• Partnering with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes
• Supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents

Qualifications

Required

• Current LPN license in Iowa or an active multistate LPN license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Ability to effectively communicate in English with residents, families, physicians, and team members

Preferred

• Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience
• Recent nursing graduates are encouraged to apply
