Salary: $235,000 – $265,000/year (commensurate with experience)

- Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of an approved residency in Allergy and Immunology.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC).
- Valid NYS and DEA license.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Proficient in conducting allergy testing, administering immunotherapy, and managing a full range of allergic and immunologic conditions.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a diverse population; strong clinical judgment, empathy, and patient-centered focus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a full range of allergic and immunologic conditions (asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies, eczema, immunodeficiencies, etc.).
- Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists to coordinate patient care.
- Conduct allergy testing and administer immunotherapy.
- Provide patient education, counseling, and support for allergy management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Engage in population health management efforts related to asthma and allergy-related conditions.
