Experienced Cook – Hospital Setting

We are hiring an experienced Cook to work in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional cooking experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Details

• Pay: $19/hour

• Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Location: Dallas, TX 75390

• Employment: Temp-to-Hire

• Weekend Availability: Required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and food service standards

• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures

• Prepare food in appropriate portions and maintain quality standards

• Assist with meal service and maintain a clean, organized kitchen

• Follow special dietary and meal preparation instructions as required

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital food service environment

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional cooking experience

• Previous hospital, healthcare, institutional, or large-volume food service experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation

• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be available to work weekends
