Associated Bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial real estate clients. In this role, you will develop new business, deepen existing client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions that support client success. - Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate relationships while driving loan, deposit, and fee income growth.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, centers of influence, and community networking.
- Analyze financial information and structure lending solutions that meet client needs and align with bank policies.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver treasury management, capital markets, insurance, private banking, and wealth solutions.
- Present credit opportunities and recommendations through the loan approval process.
- Advise clients on financial strategies, industry trends, and banking solutions that support their business objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality to ensure sound risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Represent Associated Bank within the community to strengthen relationships and generate referral opportunities.
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, commercial banking, or business-to-business sales.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Strong financial analysis, credit structuring, and relationship management skills.
Preferred
- Experience managing complex commercial real estate portfolios.
- Established network of commercial real estate professionals and centers of influence.
- Experience working with treasury management, capital markets, wealth management, and other commercial banking solutions.
- Strong understanding of commercial credit, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
